The registration fees for ILA Members, Non-Members and Students include:

• Attendance to all Conference Sessions (excluding CLOSED ILA Committees)
• Conference Material
• Coffee Breaks & Lunches according to the Programme
• Acropolis Museum Visit & Welcome Reception
• Certificate of Attendance

The registration fee for Online Attendance Includes:

• Online attendance to all Conference Sessions (excluding CLOSED ILA Committees)
• Certificate of Attendance

Terms & Conditions

• Invoices with an address in the European Union should be provided with a VAT Number. The invoicing address and VAT number are provided during the registration process.
• Early bird rates are valid if paid until 15 May 2024
• From 16 May 2024 and on, unpaid registrations are switched automatically to the valid registration fee of the day.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• For cancellations received by 24 May 2024 – the full amount is refundable, reduced by the administrative fee of 10%.
• For cancellations received after 25 May 2024 – no refund is possible.

However, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. Any cancellation or modification should be communicated to the Conference Secretariat via e-mail to: ila-athens2024@ilahellenic.gr

All refunds are processed after the Conference and within six weeks. Please note that if you have paid by bank transfer, refunds may be subject to bank charges, and refunds for credit card payments can only be credited to the original credit card used at the time of payment, refunding to an alternate card is not possible.

No-show Policy

Refunds will not be granted for no-shows (delegates who do not attend the Meeting with no prior notice of cancellation). Delegates assume full responsibility for notification to and verification of receipt by the 81st ILA Conference – Athens 2024 hosts.

DATA PROTECTION: We inform you that the personal data you provide to us are collected with your consent; the personal data collected through the registration form are for the sole purpose of processing your registration form at 81st ILA Conference – Athens 2024. In no case will they be sold, rented or passed on to third parties; they will be processed in accordance with Greek legislation and Regulation No 2016/679, General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data.

Invitation Letters for VISA applications

Individuals or delegations who require an official letter of invitation for VISA application purposes or for authorization from their institution to attend the 81st ILA Conference, must first complete registration and payment for the Conference. Once the registration and payment, is completed, requests should be send by e-mail to ila-athens2024@ilahellenic.gr  and include the following information: full name, address, passport information, phone number and email address. The letter of invitation does not financially obligate the 81st ILA Conference organizers in any way.

Please note that if the visa application is not accepted, the registration fee will be refunded with a 10% administrative fee.
